Risk Disclosure

Funded.gg provides a simulated skill-evaluation service. You pay a fixed Evaluation Fee to access a simulated environment in which you place Simulated Bets using Virtual Balance.

• No real-money gambling. You never stake, risk, or lose real money on the outcome of any sporting event. The Service is not a sportsbook, betting exchange, casino, or gaming operator.
• Virtual Balance has no value. It is a simulated unit used only to measure performance, and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
• Not an investment. The Service is not an investment, trading, or financial product and offers no return on money. "Balance", "profit", "drawdown", and "payout" are simulation metaphors only.

The Evaluation Fee is the price of the evaluation service. It is non-refundable (except where a non-waivable mandatory consumer-protection law requires otherwise), including if you do not pass, your Evaluation expires, you breach a Rule, or you stop using the Service. You should never pay an Evaluation Fee you cannot comfortably afford to lose.

Evaluations have strict Objectives (such as profit targets) and Rules (such as maximum drawdown, daily-loss limits, minimum bets, and stake limits). A single breach of a Rule causes the Phase and/or Evaluation to fail automatically and immediately, with no Reward and no refund.

Many participants do not pass. Success requires skill and discipline, and past simulated performance does not predict future results. Even where you complete an Evaluation, any Reward is subject to review, anti-fraud and compliance checks, identity verification (KYC), caps, conditions, and approval as set out in the Terms, and may be withheld, reduced, delayed, or denied.

Payments and certain payouts may use cryptocurrency. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible and exposed to price volatility, network fees, variable confirmation times, and blockchain availability.

You bear all risk of sending funds to an incorrect address, sending an incorrect amount, sending an unsupported asset, sending after an invoice has expired, underpayment, or overpayment. The Company cannot reverse, recover, or refund such transactions, and is not responsible for funds sent to payout details you provided incorrectly.

Odds, scores, fixtures, statistics, and results used in the simulation are obtained from third-party data providers and are provided "as is". Such data may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, missing, suspended, or revised, and may differ from data published elsewhere. The Company may void, re-settle, or adjust Simulated Bets affected by such issues.

The Service may experience downtime, interruptions, delays, latency, bugs, or errors, and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Such events may affect your Evaluation, and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any resulting loss of a Reward.

The legal and regulatory treatment of skill-evaluation and funded-account services, and of cryptocurrency, varies by jurisdiction and may change. The Service may become unavailable in your location, and rules, plans, fees, or features may change as a result. It is your responsibility to ensure your use is lawful where you are located, including by not accessing the Service from any Restricted Territory (such as the United States) or by any means designed to circumvent geographic restrictions.

You are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying any taxes arising from your use of the Service, any Rewards, and any affiliate earnings. The Company does not provide tax advice and may withhold or report amounts where required by law.

Nothing on the Service or in our communications constitutes legal, financial, investment, tax, betting, or professional advice, or a recommendation to purchase any Evaluation or place any Simulated Bet. Any decision you make is your own.

The Service is intended for skill-assessment and entertainment and should be used responsibly. The Evaluation Fee is the only amount you pay; never pay more than you can comfortably afford to lose. If you feel your use is becoming excessive or causing harm, you may request limits on, or closure of, your Account by contacting support@funded.gg, and we encourage you to seek help from a qualified support organization in your country.

By purchasing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Risk Disclosure and that you accept the risks described, including the risk that you may lose your Evaluation Fee in full and receive no Reward.
