Anti-Fraud Processing and Account Linking

To protect the integrity of the Service, we collect and analyze technical and behavioral signals — including IP addresses, device and browser fingerprints, user-agent data, and payout/wallet identifiers — to detect prohibited conduct and to link Accounts that share strong signals (such as a common device fingerprint or wallet) or other indicators of common control. We may compute a risk score and treat linked Accounts as connected for the purposes described in the Terms of Service. This processing is necessary for our legitimate interests in preventing fraud, multi-accounting, and abuse, and in some cases to comply with legal obligations.

7

Automated Decision-Making

We use automated systems to evaluate Evaluation Rules and Objectives, detect fraud and abuse, and generate risk scores that may affect whether an Account is flagged, suspended, or whether a Reward or withdrawal is paused for review. Material decisions (such as denial of a Reward for suspected fraud) involve human review before they are final, and you may request human review by contacting privacy@funded.gg.

8

Payment Data

Payments are processed by a third-party cryptocurrency payment processor. We receive transaction metadata (status, amount, asset, identifiers) but do not store your private keys or full payment credentials. The processor handles your payment information under its own privacy policy and terms.

9

How We Share Your Data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as described below:

  • Service providers / processors acting on our instructions: hosting and infrastructure, the payment processor, email/communications providers, identity-verification and fraud-prevention providers, and analytics providers. They are bound by contract to protect your data.
  • Third-party data providers that supply sporting odds, scores, and results — this exchange does not normally involve your personal data.
  • Legal and regulatory disclosures where required by law, court order, lawful request, or AML/sanctions obligations.
  • Protection of rights to enforce our Terms or protect the Service, our Users, or third parties.
  • Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to confidentiality protections.
10

International Data Transfers

We and our providers may process and store personal data in countries other than where you reside, including governing law jurisdiction and the countries where our providers operate. Where data protected by the GDPR or a similar law is transferred to a country not recognized as adequate, we implement appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) where required.

11

Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Service and, thereafter, as required to comply with legal obligations (including AML record-keeping), resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements. KYC and transaction records may be retained for the minimum period required by anti-money-laundering law (typically several years) after our relationship ends. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

12

Security

We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data, including password hashing, access controls, encryption in transit, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for notifying us of any suspected compromise.

13

Your Rights

Depending on your location and subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access your data; request rectification, erasure, or restriction; object to certain processing; request data portability; and withdraw consent (without affecting prior lawful processing).

To exercise these rights, contact privacy@funded.gg. We may need to verify your identity first and will respond within the time required by law. Some rights are subject to exceptions — for example, we may need to retain data to meet legal obligations or prevent fraud. If you are in the EU/UK or another jurisdiction with a supervisory authority, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

14
